In google collab you can choose your notebook to run on cpu or gpu environment. I am currently on my terminal in the correct folder, and i have python 3.5 installed along with conda. I couldn't find a place for me to change the working directory in jupyter notebook, so i couldn't use the pd.read_csv method to read in a specific csv document.
